1. These terms. By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms. The store is operated by [BV_LEGAL_NAME], trading as Petsclever.

2. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation/dispatch email. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, out of stock) and will refund any payment.

3. Prices & payment. Prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT where we are required to charge it. We take payment at checkout via our secure payment provider. We correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. We deliver to the UK.

5. Cancellations & returns. See our Returns & Refunds policy — your statutory cancellation rights are set out there.

6. Product information. We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Toys and accessories require supervision; comfort/calming items are not medical products.

7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights). Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
