1. These terms. By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms. The store is operated by int. ecom. business ventures v.o.f (KvK 42150183, VAT 869936165B01), trading as Petsclever.

2. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation/dispatch email. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, out of stock) and will refund any payment.

3. Prices & payment. Prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT where we are required to charge it. We take payment at checkout via our secure payment provider. We correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. We deliver to the UK.

5. Cancellations & returns. See our Returns & Refunds policy; your statutory cancellation rights are set out there.

6. Product information. We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Toys and accessories require supervision; comfort/calming items are not medical products.

7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights). Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
