Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, and UK delivery usually takes 7–10 working days after that, so most orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order, there’s no minimum spend.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also use our Track my order page.

Why might items arrive separately?
We work with trusted specialist suppliers, so if you order several items they may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items. Let us know within that time and send them back unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is free. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full details.

How do I return something?
Email us at info@petsclever.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What now?
We're sorry! Email us a photo and your order number and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size (beds, harnesses)?
Each product page has a size guide. Measure your pet as shown and pick the size that fits. Not sure? Message us and we'll help.

Are your products safe for my pet?
We choose products we'd use for our own pets. As with any pet product, supervise play and check items regularly for wear. Please supervise heavy chewers.

Are the calming products a medical treatment?
No. Our calming beds, blankets and similar items are comfort aids, not medical products. For health concerns, please speak to your vet.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and popular wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) via secure checkout. Prices are shown in GBP (£).

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, email us quickly at info@petsclever.com and we'll do our best.
