About us

Who we are

Petsclever is a small, independent shop for dogs and cats in the UK. It is run by int. ecom. business ventures v.o.f, a company registered in the Netherlands, and every order ships free to your door across the United Kingdom.

We started Petsclever because buying for a pet usually means a choice between overpriced high-street shelves and giant marketplaces that sell everything, ship slowly and tell you nothing useful. We wanted the opposite: a small, honest range of things worth owning, at fair prices, delivered to your door across the UK.

So that is what we built. A tight selection of dog and cat essentials, chosen one product at a time, with clear descriptions and free UK delivery on every order.

The two who keep us honest

Petsclever is named after Panini, a cream poodle, and Blue, a grey longhair cat, who between them cover both halves of the house. They are the reason the range stays small: if it is not good enough for them, it does not make the shop.

• Curated, not endless. We would rather sell 50 things we believe in than 5,000 we do not.
• Fair and simple. Honest prices, free UK delivery, and easy 30-day returns.
• Real support. Email us and a real person answers, usually within one working day.

Whether you have a dog, a cat, or both, thank you for shopping with a small business. We are glad you are here.
